The Spiritual Formation Cohort is an intentional, transformational journey designed to help you move from passive religious routine into a vibrant, daily apprenticeship to Jesus. Over this course, you will explore how your story shapes you, ground your identity deeply in Union with Christ, and learn practical rhythms to align your heart, habits, and relationships with the Gospel.
Discipleship was never meant to be a solo endeavor. Growth happens best in deep, intentional community, which is why this experience is specifically designed to be done in small cohorts of 3 to 4 people (you and 2–3 others). You are invited to bring along a few friends, family members, or fellow church members to share this journey with you.

As you walk together, trained guides at CrossPointe will host and lead your group—facilitating honest conversations, providing pastoral care, and walking alongside you and your cohort every step of the way.

What to Expect

  • Rhythm of Teaching & Reflection: Engage short weekly videos and guided workbook prompts on your own, creating space for the Holy Spirit to work before you meet.
  • Relational Space: Meet weekly with your cohort to share stories, pray, and process what God is doing in your life—in a space free from judgment or quick fixes.
  • Practical Integration: Move beyond acquiring head knowledge by building actionable spiritual disciplines and a personalized Rule of Life to sustain your faith long-term.
